Login to your Kyla account and return to homepage. Click on the “rewards” icon on the bottom right of your screen to check your points balance.
2. Will my Kyla points expire?
No, the Kyla points accumulated will not expire - worry less and shop away!
3. How do I access my vouchers and use them?
Once you have redeemed a voucher, click on the “rewards” icon on the bottom right of your screen. Look under “Your Rewards” to see the redeemed voucher, and click on the voucher to see the discount code applicable at checkout. Alternatively, you will also receive an email with the voucher’s discount code after redeeming it.
4. What if I already have an existing Kyla Account? How do I get my 300 points?
If you have already registered a Kyla account with us, the 300 points reward would have been automatically allocated to you. If you are not seeing this in your account, please leave a message here.
