Attended a baking class and this is the exact brand (and maybe the same model) that was used by the chefs there. Bought it cause I wanted to upgrade my oven. The oven I used previously only had one temperature knob (so it’s only one temperature for the whole oven). This new oven is a good buy as it allows you to change the temperature knob (by having different temperature for both upper and lower part of the oven; some cake recipes requires those function!)
